We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Produce Team Member to join our Great Barrington store! If you love working with fresh fruits and vegetables, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, this could be a great fit for you.
This is a full-time position with potential growth opportunities for strong performers.
Schedule: Full Time (40 hours/week), Shift: 12 PM- 8 PM.
Pay Range: Up to $18.00/hour, experience is a plus but not required.
THIS IS A PRODUCE RECEIVING POSITION WHICH INVOLVES UNLOADING A TRUCK 3 TIMES PER WEEK. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS REPEATEDLY. PALLET JACK EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in the produce department
- Monitor and maintain the quality of all fruits, vegetables, and other produce
- Rotate stock and ensure proper product displays
- Unload deliveries and stock shelves as needed
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Assist with bagging when necessary
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work at a fast pace
- Perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and standing
