Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) located at the Guidance Residential headquarters in Reston, VA. The COO will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and ensure alignment with the company's mission and goals. Responsibilities include managing cross-departmental collaboration, developing operational policies, leading efficiency improvements, and supporting growth strategies.
