Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of client cases from onboarding through completion
- Provide consistent communication, updates, and high-quality client support
- Partner with enrolled agents and compliance teams to keep cases progressing
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction

Position Details
- Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus performance bonuses
