About the Role
Guardian Service is seeking a Recruiter to help build the highest performing personal lines insurance sales and service team. This role is ideal for a driven, high ownership recruiter who thrives in fast paced environments, values precision and follow through, and understands how to identify both skill and culture fit.
You will play a critical role in fueling Guardian’s growth by owning the full cycle recruiting process for insurance agents, service professionals, and other key roles. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing discipline, structured interview skills, sharp judgment, and the ability to influence candidates through a thoughtful, high touch experience.
Your Day to Day
- Own full cycle recruiting for sales, service, and operational roles from intake to offer acceptance.
- Proactively source and engage high performing insurance agents and customer service professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct structured phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess sales capability, coachability, culture alignment, and long term potential.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define scorecards, calibrate candidate profiles, and ensure a consistent hiring bar.
- Own the onsite interview experience from scheduling through execution, ensuring structured interviews, timely feedback collection, and a professional, high quality candidate experience.
- Manage candidate pipelines with precision, tracking metrics such as time to fill, pass through rates, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication, fast follow up, and professional representation of the Guardian Service brand.
- Continuously refine the recruiting playbook by improving interview processes, sourcing channels, and closing strategies.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic and professional performance.
- 2 to 3 plus years of recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to source passive talent and drive outbound recruiting efforts.
- Strong interviewer who can assess performance capability, resilience, coachability, and alignment with our culture and values.
- Comfortable working with metrics and using data to improve hiring outcomes.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communicator who represents the company with professionalism and energy.
- Thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where structure is evolving and excellence is expected.
- Self starter with drive, urgency, and a high bar for talent.
Experience recruiting in insurance, financial services, call center environments, or other high volume sales environments is a plus but not required.
