Guardian Security Systems is looking for a highly organized Service Scheduler to support our busy service department. This role coordinates daily schedules for technicians, communicates with customers, and ensures service calls are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for alarm, fire, CCTV, and access control service calls
- Adjust schedules based on priority, emergencies, and technician availability
- Communicate appointment details, ETAs, and updates to customers and internal teams
- Track job status, documentation, and technician notes using company software
- Review service tickets for accuracy, warranty status, and billing requirements
Qualifications
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service preferred
- Proficiency with computers and office software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
