Position Overview
The Vice President of Operations will oversee operational functions across multiple sites and support the organization’s continued growth. This role is responsible for developing and managing operational systems, ensuring consistency across programs, and supporting leadership in executing organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple sites and/or states
- Develop, implement, and manage operational systems and processes
- Ensure consistency across behavioral health program modalities (PHP, IOP, outpatient)
- Support organizational growth and expansion efforts
- Collaborate with leadership to align operations with company mission and core values
- Utilize technology and systems to support operations and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in operational systems development and management
- Experience overseeing multi-site and/or multi-state operations
- Strong understanding of behavioral health operational modalities (PHP, IOP, outpatient)
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) highly preferred
- Technology-savvy with the ability to leverage systems and tools effectively
- Alignment with company mission and core values
