Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our addiction treatment team in Denver, CO. This full-time, on-site role provides the opportunity to work closely with clients in a structured, supportive substance use disorder treatment environment. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals navigate early recovery while building strong therapeutic relationships within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for clients in substance use disorder treatment

• Maintain an active caseload and provide consistent, high-quality clinical care

• Utilize evidence-based and recovery-oriented approaches to support client progress

• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and clinical leadership to coordinate care

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and facility standards

• Support clients through various stages of treatment and transition planning

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Active or eligible Colorado license or credential: LAC, LPC, LPCC, ADDC, MSW, LMFT or CAS

• Experience or strong interest in working in addiction / substance use disorder treatment

• Comfortable providing both individual and group therapy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an addiction treatment or behavioral health setting

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for client-centered, compassionate care

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $55,000 – $86,000 (dependent on experience and licensure)

• Healthcare benefits, PTO, 401K

• Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday – Saturday 9am-5pm

• Location: Denver, CO (On-Site)
