Commercial Brokerage Manager
Magnet Insurance is a Commercial P&C insurance broker, offering exceptional quality of service
from quotes to claims.
Currently in its beginning stages, Magnet is looking to expand rapidly and hire an exceptional
leader to work alongside the President during this key stage of growth.
Market Salary Range:
- $160K – $210K base for most manager / team leader roles
- Strong candidates (book leadership): $180K – $230K base
The Role:
Magnet is looking to hire an experience Commercial lines manager or Account Executive to help build & manage the broker-carrier
relationship from the ground up.
In this role you will:
• Implement pricing and quoting processes for all product lines
• Identify key carriers & MGAs
• Build & Manage the appointment/contracting process
• Manage pricing and onboarding of policies
• Build a team of CSRs handling the marketing, pricing, and servicing of new commercial real estate businessportfolios
The Ideal candidate:
• Has experience managing a team and contracting with carriers
• Is coordinated, highly efficient, and has strong leadership skills
