Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Clinical Lead to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This salaried leadership role offers a flexible 75/25 clinical-to-leadership split within a 40-hour workweek.
The Clinical Lead provides direct pediatric speech therapy services while mentoring developing clinicians, supporting clinical excellence, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure strong patient outcomes. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and elevating team performance while continuing hands-on clinical care.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for pediatric speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physician approval

Provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients

Reserve 10–25% of weekly schedule for leadership duties

Mentor clinicians, Clinical Fellows, and students as appropriate

Support planning, supervision, and coordination of speech services
-
Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and behavioral teams

Work closely with clinic administration to ensure cross-disciplinary coordination

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
-
Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
-
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
-
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CCC-SLP
-
Current Washington State SLP license
-
CPR certification (all ages)

Competence in treating pediatric and adolescent populations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word preferred)
