Our marketing department has grown quickly, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead it through the next chapter. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms, driving brand visibility and market penetration.
- Lead and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Manage social media advertising initiatives, creating compelling campaigns that engage our target audience and amplify our brand message.
- Drive the development and growth of referral channels, establishing strong networks and partnerships to expand our market reach.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including advertising, public relations, and digital marketing efforts, in alignment with direction from the Director of Marketing.
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities, tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively within parameters set by the Director of Marketing.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in marketing, incorporating innovative tools and practices into our marketing efforts.
- Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence, and serving as the primary day-to-day manager for creative, content, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage and develop a marketing team.
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Clear communicator who can work across departments and keep leadership informed without being asked.
- Self-directed and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with marketing attribution tools is a plus.
- Background in lead generation or direct response marketing is a strong advantage.
Education, Experience, and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience with at least 1 to 2 years in a management or team lead role.
- Demonstrable experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and working alongside SEO partners or agencies.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Understanding of the full digital lead generation funnel from awareness through conversion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
