Guardian Construction has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Manager at Hill Air Force Base in northern Utah. This is a project-specific role supporting two active demolition projects (Bldg 1209 and Bldg 1239).

Guardian is a full-service federal general contractor with $50M in active construction awards. We build for USACE, NAVFAC, FAA, GSA, and — at Hill AFB — the U.S. Air Force.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the QC program for two concurrent demolition projects at Hill AFB
- Implement and maintain the Contractor Quality Control Plan (CQCP)
- Conduct three-phase inspections (preparatory, initial, follow-up)
- Coordinate with Air Force QA representatives and contracting officers
- Review submittals, test reports, and hazardous material documentation
- Produce daily QC reports and maintain project documentation
- Lead QC meetings and track deficiency resolution
What You Bring:
- 3 years as a QCM on federal or military construction projects
- CQM-C certification (Construction Quality Management for Contractors)
- Experience with demolition projects preferred
- Familiarity with hazardous material abatement processes a plus
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Located in Utah or willing to work at Hill AFB (Layton/Ogden area)
Compensation:
