Fulfillment Lead
Location: Seymour, IN
Schedule: Weekend Shift-Friday-Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay-$21-$22/hr.
Position Summary
Guardian Bikes is seeking a dependable and motivated Fulfillment Lead to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for helping coordinate fulfillment activities, leading team members on the floor, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment while supporting team productivity and quality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily fulfillment and shipping operations
- Help coordinate workflow and prioritize orders to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Train and assist team members with fulfillment procedures and expectations
- Monitor accuracy of inventory, picking, packing, and shipment preparation
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse and fulfillment areas
- Communicate with supervisors and other departments regarding order status and operational needs
- Promote and follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with resolving fulfillment issues and identifying process improvements
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Prior leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
