Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Handle chemical agents safely by following established safety protocols for storage, mixing, and disposal
- Operate floor buffers and other custodial equipment to maintain high standards of floor care and buffing across various surfaces
- Conduct routine sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures
- Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning agents
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with staff or visitors when necessary
