At Emily's Custom Cleaning, we're not looking for the fastest or most experienced house cleaner.

We're looking for someone teachable who takes pride in doing exceptional work.

What You'll Do

✨ Clean residential homes throughout Lancaster County

✨ Follow our proven Emily's Custom Cleaning (ECC) cleaning system

✨ Work independently after training (may tag team with other cleaners, but efficiently manage your assigned areas)

✨ Help create a clean, polished home for every client. This includes arriving in uniform, free of strong odors such as smoke or excessive perfume/cologne.

Pay

Starting at $17/hour

• $0.50/hour raise after 30 days
• $1.00/hour raise after 90 days
• Ongoing opportunities for raises and advancement based on performance and reliability

Physical Requirements

✔ Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
✔ Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
✔ Push, pull, and maneuver cleaning equipment and supplies.
✔ Perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout a full shift.
✔ Work in a physically demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Other Requirements

✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
✔ Authorized to work in the U.S.
✔ Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
✔ Comfortable working around common household pets.
✔ W-2 employee position.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
