CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CALL SUPPORT)

Position Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative (Call Support) and become the vital link between Guadalupe Bank and its valued clients. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, assisting customers with basic inquiries, and reseraching customer questions to provide accurate and timely follow up.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Route calls to the appropriate department or team member as needed.
- Assist customers with general inquiries, account questions, and basic service requests.
- Conduct research on customer inquiries when immediate answers are not available.
- Follow up with customers promptly with accurate information and resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain clear, organized records.
- Coordinate with other departments (deposit operations and lending) to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
- Provide a positive and helpful experience for every customer interaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service or banking experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
