Job Summary:
The Technical Assistant (Risk Solutions Scheduler) provides critical administrative and operational support to the Risk Solutions team within a leading property and casualty insurance company. This role supports day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives, collaborating with vendor managers, field directors, and consultants to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across scheduling and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and long-term initiatives within the Risk Solutions team.
- Collaborate with vendor managers, field consultants, and underwriting teams to coordinate schedules and manage workflows.
- Process surveys using underwriting and risk solutions tools, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Extract, aggregate, and analyze data for ad hoc reporting and operational improvement.
- Prepare and maintain regulatory audit reports, vendor performance reports, and production metrics.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Identify and recommend new processes or technologies to improve productivity and workflow.
Required Experience:
- 1–3 years of scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Prior experience in insurance, risk management, or regulatory support roles.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with data extraction and analysis tools.
