This role is responsible for coordinating record requests, managing document storage workflows, and serving as a subject matter expert for PHI-related processes within the business unit. The position also supports compliance activities, audits, and reporting requirements critical to operational integrity.Key Responsibilities:Receive, log, and track boxes designated for long-term records storage.Serve as liaison between the business unit and long-term storage vendors.Maintain departmental records, files, and contracts in an organized and compliant manner.Act as Business Unit Subject Matter Expert for PHI requests, PHIT database entries, and privacy-related auditing and monitoring.Assist with deployment of compliance activities, including tracking annual requirements.Document and track employee completion of compliance-related documents.Review and process requests for test orders; create custom requisitions as needed.Support general departmental requirements, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Experience creating, uploading, and managing documents in SharePoint.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Customer service experience and strong communication skills.Nice-to-Have Experience:Associate’s degree in Business, Science, or related field.Prior experience working with PHI or compliance-related databases.Experience coordinating document storage or retrieval processes.Required Skills:Records management and organizationPHI handling and compliance awarenessMicrosoft Office proficiencyPreferred Skills:SharePoint document managementCustomer service and internal stakeholder supportAccuracy and attention to detailAdditional Skills:PHIT database entryPrivacy audit supportCompliance tracking and reportingManaging immunization and recertification requirementsBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:A leading provider of diagnostic information services delivering insights that support disease identification, healthy behaviors, and effective healthcare management.
