Job Overview
Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Encino, CA
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Duration: 13 weeks
Travel Pay: $2700/wk
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver detailed financial presentations and reports tailored to leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive project updates, including strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex analytical and operational challenges.
- Standardize internal reporting tools and templates to improve reporting efficiency
- Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to drive process improvements.
- Create and maintain Excel-based models to support data reporting and financial planning.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for program development and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to identify informational needs and promote automated data access.
Qualifications
- Required:
- * Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience (will consider 3 solid years)
- Experience in a hospital/medical group setting
- Expertise with Excel
- Experience with managed care analytics (payer mix, contract performance, etc)
- PMPM analysis and specialty cost reporting
- HYBRID -must be available to pick up equipment and attend occasional onsite meetings
- Preferred: Master's Degree
Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,700.00 per week
