Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will support the Accounts Payable and Vendor Invoice Processing functions by ensuring all invoices are entered, validated, and processed accurately and on time in SAP. This role requires strong attention to detail, a working knowledge of accounting controls, and the ability to collaborate professionally across departments. The successful candidate will demonstrate high accuracy, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to process efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process vendor-related invoices in SAP with accuracy and efficiency.
- Validate invoice and purchase order data to ensure all details align with departmental and accounting standards.
- Follow established procedures for administrative control and accounts payable processes.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all invoice transactions.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operational teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Deliver assigned tasks and reports on schedule with consistent attention to detail.
Required Experience:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable workflows, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Prior experience in an energy, utilities, or corporate finance environment.
- Familiarity with process improvement and automation tools.
- Exposure to auditing or internal controls environments.
