Job Title: Internal Recruiter (Corporate Hiring)
Location: Westlake, OH Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to support the growth of our organization by hiring for key internal roles, including sales, recruiters, and recruiting coordinators. This role is responsible for driving candidate flow, managing the hiring process end-to-end, and bringing in high-quality talent that aligns with our culture and performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for internal positions (sales, recruiting, and operations)
- Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Review applicants, conduct initial screenings, and qualify candidates
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
- Track recruiting activity and pipeline within the ATS
- Ensure a strong candidate experience from first touch through offer
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for ongoing hiring needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a sales-driven or commission-based environment
- Experience sourcing and recruiting through LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong ability to evaluate candidates for both skillset and culture fit
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings at once
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for sales or recruiting roles
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting metrics
