What you’ll do

• Set up, run, and monitor digital presses for quality and consistency
• Inspect output continuously and fine-tune press settings as needed
• Complete routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet exact specifications
• Document production runs, materials, and any issues
• Follow all safety protocols and quality procedures
  
  

What you’ll bring

• Machine operator experience (3–6 months preferred)
• Digital press or related experience preferred, not required — we train
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
• Problem-solving mindset with mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Ability to perform machine setups for production runs
  
  

Compensation and schedule details

• Base rate for entry-level candidates: $16–$17 per hour
• The base rate does not include any 2nd- or 3rd-shift differential
• Experienced press operator pay will be commensurate with experience
• Current hiring focus: 1st shift at our Madison, WI 53704 facility
