We’re hiring now—bring your digital press know-how and join a fast-moving production team.
What you’ll do
- Set up and operate a minimum of two wide-format digital press types, following GSP and industry specs; complete daily and weekly paperwork.
- Verify each work order and make press-standard tweaks to maintain quality targets.
- Achieve or surpass efficiency goals; ensure your print assistant and QCI follow established procedures.
- Keep workflows tight, processes consistent, and the press area spotless.
- Use PMS color guides and a densitometer to measure dot characteristics and color space.
- Cross-train in at least one additional department and jump in where needed.
- 3–6 months of Machine Operator experience preferred.
- Comfort with Machine Setups for Production Runs.
- English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts and overtime when required.
- Safety-first mindset and adherence to all safety requirements.
