KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for manufacturing equipment, facilities, and fleet vehicles
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently
- Schedule preventative maintenance and oversee outside service providers
- Support facility improvements related to productivity, safety, quality, and ergonomics
- Maintain facility grounds, building systems, and safety compliance standards
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility-related issues
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience maintaining production equipment, facilities, and building systems
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment documentation
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Forklift certification or trainer certification is a plus
