1. Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active LPN/LVN license eligible to practice in Vermont
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
- Ability to work the scheduled evening shift
2. Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients/residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Pay: $35.00 - $36.45 per hour
