Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care ($1,880/Week)
Location: Rutland, Vermont
Contract Length: 15 Weeks
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Weekly Pay: $1,880
Pay Rate: $47/Hour
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Minimum 1 year of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required
- Active LPN license in Vermont or compact state license
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehab preferred
- Strong patient care, medication administration, and documentation skills
- Must have reliable transportation (limited public transportation in the area)
- Must be available for every weekend commitment
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist residents with daily living activities and care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
