Job Description:
G3 Water Engineers is looking for an experienced Grade II Water Treatment Operator with a thorough understanding of public water treatment operations. This individual will assist other operators to consistently provide safe drinking water in strict adherence with all local, state, and federal regulations. Position is for a brand new facility at a remote site in Northern Arizona that requires this individual to be present onsite five days per week. This individual will assist the lead operator with all operational aspects of the facility including maintenance, compliance reporting, ordering material, managing maintenance schedules, and all other tasks required to operate the facility. Due to the remote location of the site, housing will be provided.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience operating ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes is preferred.
- Licensed Grade 2 Water Treatment operator in Arizona, or the ability to obtain within 3-months
- High school diploma required. College associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license in the United States
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process related issues with treatment and conveyance equipment
- Ability to safely lift up to 50-lbs
- Ability to occasionally walk up to five miles.
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to schedule and manage a team of operators
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the client
- Supervise and mentor staff
- Ability to be on-call and remotely monitor the facility when not onsite. Computer will be provided by G3.
- Proficient in completing state required compliance reporting
