The successful Performance Marketing Manager will have:
- 3–6 years experience in Marketing Analytics or related data-driven fields.
- A highly analytical, results-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Expertise: Proficiency with core platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and tracking tools (GA4, GTM). You'll ensure top-notch attribution and build smart dashboards.
- Budget Management: Proven ability to efficiently allocate a large budget and present persuasive, data-driven results to stakeholders (Co-Founders, GMs, Tech).
