The Role:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. You will focus on all channels (new channels such as Snap, TV, streaming, etc. as well existing supporting existing channels such as Meta, etc.) and also focus on conversion rate optimization and working on the flows themselves. The business is growing quickly as we seek to become the world's largest & highest quality telemedicine company. Reminder: this is a full-time and in-person position located in New York, NY. If you are looking for a remote or hybrid position, this is not the right fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to support the company’s marketing objectives and business goals
- You will focus on all channels (new channels such as Snap, TV, streaming, etc. as well existing supporting existing channels such as Meta, etc.)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Bing. This will include Google Shopping, PMax, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, CTR) and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases that align with our target audience.
- Collaborate with other in-house marketers to optimize landing page, conversion rate, and more.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience (4 years) in managing paid search media campaigns.
- 1 year in a managerial position
- Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and advertising compliance is a plus.
