Key Responsibilities
- Public Company Governance: Directing all SEC filings, public disclosures, and capital markets compliance to ensure the highest standards of transparency.
- Transactional Leadership: Acting as the lead legal architect for strategic M&A activity and complex commercial agreements.
- Executive Advisory: Serving as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, providing critical guidance on strategic risk and corporate structure.
- Operational Risk Management: Proactively identifying and evaluating legal risks associated with a large-scale portfolio of assets and evolving market regulations.

Compensation & Visibility
- Location: Based in Houston, TX.
- Package: Base salary of $275,000 – $350,000 plus a competitive executive compensation package.
