A fast-growing, venture-backed e-mobility platform is seeking a Head of B2B Partnerships to build and scale its B2B sourcing function across the US.

The business is a global leader in the circular mobility space, having rapidly expanded across Europe and North America. With strong investor backing and ambitious growth targets, the company is now entering its next phase of US expansion, where securing high-quality supply through retail partnerships is critical.

What the Head of B2B Partnerships will do:

• Take full ownership of B2B sourcing strategy across the US, including partner segmentation, portfolio management, and field execution
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing national sourcing team
• Develop and manage key partnerships with major retail chains, buying groups, and independent stores
• Drive performance across key KPIs including volume sourced, partner activity, and portfolio growth
• Lead negotiations and secure high-quality supply at competitive commercial terms
