Division Manager – Electrical Construction | Carolinas

Gryphon Oakwood are partnered with a leading electrical contractor with a strong presence across the Carolinas and multiple branches throughout the Carolinas, to appoint a Division Manager to lead operations and drive continued growth across the region.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for operational performance, project delivery, profitability, client relationships and team development across the division.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical construction operations across the division
- Oversee PMs, Superintendents and field teams
- Drive project performance, profitability and execution
- Manage large-scale commercial electrical projects
- Build key client and GC relationships
- Support business development and regional growth
- Develop high-performing teams
Requirements
- 15 years' commercial electrical construction experience
- Proven leadership across projects, teams and/or branches
- Strong operational, financial and client-facing experience
- Commercial, Industrial & Mission Critical electrical knowledge
- Business development experience preferred
- Degree or equivalent experience
