Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Commission Sales Associate to join our team in Dickson, TN and Springfield, IL. This on-site role involves providing exceptional service to clients, understanding their Medicare and retirement needs, and offering suitable solutions that align with their preferences. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, conducting consultations, presenting appropriate plans, addressing inquiries, and building long-term relationships. The role also requires an ability to meet sales targets and stay informed about industry regulations and products.
