Onsite Lifestyle Director

GRS Community Management has an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Director for a community in Boynton Beach, Florida. The qualified candidate will need to have previous experience working in a social event planning role. Responsibilities will include planning community social events, administering the day to day operations of the clubhouse social calendar and other office administration as required by the Board of Directors and Documents of the Association.

Salary $80,000 and up based on experience

Lifestyle & Event Planning

·         Coordinate, schedule, and execute HOA social events and entertainment calendar with 

           the Event Committee.

·         Coordinate with vendors (entertainers, caterers, decorators), negotiate contracts, and manage

          payments.

·         Coordinate event logistics: RSVPs, payments, budgets, setup, cleanup, and security.

·         Track participation and provide monthly event reports with cost and profit/loss breakdowns.

·         Oversee private event clubhouse rentals: agreements, deposits, inspections, and communication with 

           homeowners.

·         Support resident clubs: register new clubs, maintain schedules, and distribute information.

Communications & Marketing

·         Create and distribute promotional materials using Canva, MS Publisher, or similar tools.

·         Format and send email blasts for Lifestyle, Fitness, Tennis and Pickleball updates.

·         Update gate boards, clubhouse boards, and room signage with current activities.

·         Ensure the general goodwill of the community.

Required Skills & Experience

·         Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

·         Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Office 365, CINC,

          Canva, and Internet Explorer.

·         Experience in large event planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·         Prior experience in residential or HOA communities preferred.

·         Effective problem-solving and crisis management skills.

Physical Requirements

·         Must be available for occasional evenings, weekend, or holiday events.
