Project Administrator – Your Job Duties
You will support a team of Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Engineers across multiple projects in both California and Nevada.
- Support up to 10 active construction projects at a time, working with teams of Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers
- Prepare, track, and manage subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Maintain organized project files and document control systems across multiple projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving forward
- Track compliance documentation including certified payroll and workforce requirements
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and project tracking to support timelines and deliverables
- Monitor outstanding items and follow up to ensure deadlines and requirements are met
- Support budgeting workflows and project tracking systems
- Maintain accurate, detailed project records with an attention to organization and detail
Project Administrator – Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit
You have:
- Prior experience in an administrative support role where you were responsible for keeping the team and many deadlines and priorities organized
- Prior experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills!! You juggle multiple priorities with a strong organizational system
- Strong computer skills including MS Outlook and MS Excel / comfort learning softwares
- Excitement to work in an office with a team every day and be a part of a true team
Project Administrator – Benefits for You
Your compensation will be $70,000 to $75,000 depending on your experience.
