Growing with Grace Preschool & Daycare is seeking a dedicated and reliable Afternoon Preschool Teacher to join our team.
We are a Christian preschool/daycare committed to providing a nurturing, structured environment where children are cared for, supported, and taught through a faith-based foundation. We value strong relationships with our staff and families and strive to create a positive, team-oriented workplace.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise children during naptime and afternoon activities
- Engage students in age-appropriate learning and play
- Support the development of social-emotional skills
- Perform diapering and toileting as needed
- Assist with classroom management and daily routines
- Complete cleaning duties and help with end-of-day closing tasks
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, around 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of childcare experience
- Dependable, organized, and attentive
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
