Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile software releases.
- Translate product requirements into user stories and execution-ready backlogs.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Track Agile metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Ensure software quality, regulatory compliance, and SDLC best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and support continuous process improvement.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of software development and technical project management experience.
- Strong hands-on Android development experience using Java and/or Kotlin.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Expertise in backlog management, release planning, and software delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
