Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support engineering for medical device manufacturing.
- Investigate and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Support testing methods, manufacturing procedures, and process improvements.
- Analyze product performance, customer returns, and manufacturing yield.
- Assist with minor product redesigns and manufacturing optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and support project activities.
- Document findings and communicate technical updates to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Technician is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, or software systems.
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical device manufacturing or clinical environments.
- Familiarity with production support and manufacturing engineering processes.
