The Senior Staff Financial Analyst will approve service entries in SAP; resolve invoice issues with internal and external staff; responsible for coordinating with the Comptroller and Procurement Department to resolve vendor issues ; reallocate sub-vendor budgets in automated invoice system; assist with system testing, updates, or configuration changes related to invoice processing; work with other divisions to gather data and identify recurring issues within the automated invoice system and recommend improvements; and assist the Customer Service Manager as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in accounts payable, billing, audit, or compliance-related roles
- Strong understanding of invoice processes and financial controls
- Experience managing financial policies, procedures, and reporting regulations
- Demonstrated experience working with automated invoice systems
- Experience using SAP Financial Software to create and approve service entries, and look up payments
- Knowledge of vendor management, procurement processes, or contract administration
- Prior experience providing customer service to client departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Demonstrated reporting experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP financial modules
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
