Key Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and apartment make-readies in a timely manner
- Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Technology & Systems
- Use of company systems and mobile tools is part of daily responsibilities
- Access and manage work orders and inspections through a mobile app
- Document completed work with notes, photos, and videos in real time
- No prior experience with these systems is required; training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn and use technology as part of their daily work
Qualifications
- 1 year of maintenance experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple trades
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
