Groth Law Firm, S.C. is a proven Wisconsin personal injury law firm based in Brookfield. We concentrate on personal injury, commercial, and general civil litigation. Attorney Jon Groth has tried cases across Wisconsin, securing verdicts, judgments, and settlements totaling millions of dollars for victims of others’ negligence.

• Manage case files and maintain accurate client records
• Communicate with clients regularly about treatment progress
• Verify and organize key documents (accident reports, photos, medical records, bills)
• Order, review, and confirm relevance of medical records
• Draft case summaries, settlement demands, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys to finalize and send demands to adjusters
• Work with team members to provide outstanding client service

• High school diploma or equivalent (further legal education a plus)
• 2 years of personal injury law experience preferred
• Experience with Filevine or other case management software helpful
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior legal or medical office experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with legal research and Wisconsin CCAP a plus
