We are seeking a Part-time/Full-time Paralegal for our small law firm in Menomonee Falls. You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Answer phones and communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- File documents electronically in state and federal courts
- Draft Correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Conduct online legal research
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field with 1-5 years of experience.
- Experience in construction and employment law preferred but not required.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Familiarity with legal research
