This role will lead our Independent and Regional presence and select National Accounts.

Location: Spring Hill, TN - This position may be remote; however, due to legal and logistical considerations, we are unable to hire candidates who reside in California or New York City.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead our Independent and Regional Presence. Strengthen relationships with our buy groups, develop our product GTM strategy, and drive revenue by executing product line reviews, new product placements, and promotional strategy.
- Lead & Develop High-Performance Outside Agency Partners– Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of sales leaders, setting clear expectations and driving accountability. This team consists of eight agency partners and 30 individual outside representatives.
- Drive Sales Culture & Performance – Establish a winning culture with clear KPIs, performance benchmarks, and professional development to keep our agencies, buy groups, and retailers motivated and growing.
- Elastic Order Management - you will oversee all of our independent accounts, campaigns, and order entry into our system, and ensure orders flow correctly
- Trade Show Leadership - This role consists of over 15 industry trade shows that you will lead the strategy, product assortments, and agency teams with a presence at each show.
- Be a Hands-On Leader – Balance high-level strategic planning with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
Who You Are:
- A Proven Sales Strategist – 5 years leading high-performing sales teams with clear KPIs, goals, and a track record of success.
- An Expert in Independent and Regional Account Management – 5 years of experience managing multiple retail accounts, ideally within the Sporting Goods or Outdoor industries.
- A Master of Go-To-Market Execution – Strong understanding of product-led sales strategy, retail programs, and market expansion.
- A Performance-Driven Communicator – You can inspire teams, persuade retailers, and align with leadership through clear, compelling communication.
- A Coach Who Elevates Others – You recognize that your job is to improve your team, guiding them to peak performance while setting a clear vision for success.
- A Leader Who Gets Things Done – You can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, balancing big-picture planning with urgent problem-solving.
- Willing to Travel & Lead from the Front – Up to 30% travel required to meet with key accounts and teams.
