We are seeking a skilled HVAC Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform Pricing, takeoffs, Proposal creation effectively. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Ability to Read HVAC Drawings
- Ability to Understand HVAC systems and the Design
- Skilled in Proposal Creation
- Ability to understand pricing matrix and provide proposals based on Scopes of work provided
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and other computer based programs
- Knowledge of HVAC Requirements and Vendors
