What You Will Need
- Valid forklift certificate.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a shipping / receiving supervisor role.
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Ability to receive, track, and put away goods
- Ability to lead and train staff
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to drive standup forklift
- Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
- Problem solving abilities
- Must have strong time management skills with emphasis in meeting deadlines.
- Excellent, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Experience in food manufacturing.
Total Rewards: $70,304 - $80,000 / YEAR

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
