Duties and Responsibilities
As part of our Back-of-House team, your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and cooking pizzas, salads, and other menu items to Grimaldi's high standards.
- Restocking ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring food safety practices.
- Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Organizing and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.
- Supporting the team and performing other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
We're looking for team members with:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- A valid food handler's card.
