Serving pay $9.45/hr Tips -
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner to create memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
- Knowledge of Beer, Wine, Spirits and Classic Cocktails.
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
Host pay starting at $14.20/hr Tips -
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Effectively manage reservations and seat guests.
- Multitask.
- Greet all guests in a timely friendly manner.
- Assist service staff as needed, clear reset tables.
- Answer guest general questions / take to-go orders.
