We are looking for a Senior Production Analyst to support a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac sales team that specializes in delivering various Agency and proprietary debt products to multifamily clients. This position will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Input and review initial analysis of proposed transactions (including but not limited to rent rolls, operating statements, market data, etc.)
- Review and analyze various affordable docs including but not limited to HAP contracts, regulatory agreements, tax abatements, etc.
- Collaborate with other Greystone producers to generate detailed cash flow projections and preliminary summaries in the sizing model of potential deals.
- Issue soft quotes and applications after preliminary analysis is completed.
- Keep the transaction managers and clients/originator informed of progress during the preliminary stages.
- Prepare and submit initial loan package submissions to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
- Facilitate the transition of deals to underwriting, including scheduling kick-off calls and preparing loan summaries.
- Keep various CRM and tech platforms up to date for pipeline tracking purposes.
- Recommend and establish processes and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
- Handle other duties/projects across the team and their platform as needed and assigned.
- Undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, or related field.
- Passion for commercial real estate proven through prior internships and coursework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Conscientious, dedicated, and reliable work ethic.
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- For HUD's 2025 fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. Based upon combined firm commitments received by Greystone Funding Company LLC and Greystone Servicing company LLC and excludes risk sharing and hospital loans.”
