What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter / Spray Lacquerer position at A&M Production?
Responsibilities:
- Painting or spray lacquering of artifacts produced by the internal carpentry or by external suppliers.
- Restoration and maintenance of stock panels (sanding and repainting)
- May have to paint during some assembly at trade shows.
- The reference manager will be the production manager.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment
- Wear the proper safety equipment and follow safety guidelines
- May also have to help with booths installation at trade shows.
Requirements:
- Experience in painting;
- Spray painting knowledge
- Ability to manage the organizational processes assigned by the production departments;
- Ability to correctly estimate the time required to carry out the work;
- Expertise in preparing the substrates, choosing the most suitable type of paint and the correct application tool;
- Autonomy in using roller, brush, airbrush, and airless.
