We are seeking an Intern to join our Multifamily Loan Originations team for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. Our summer internship program is geared towards rising seniors pursuing an undergraduate degree. As an Intern, you will provide organizational and analytical support for various agency and proprietary debt products to multifamily clients, including FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, Bridge, and mezzanine. This is a unique opportunity to build a foundation for a strong career in commercial real estate by working alongside experts who drive the industry every day. Our interns learn by getting involved in real projects and helping their teams solve clients’ problems.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate financial data for multifamily or healthcare properties.
- Complete loan sizing to assist the team while leveraging information provided through property financials and our internal financial models.
- Research various markets, statistics, laws, and regulations.
- Draw conclusions based on aggregate information and prepare summary opinions.
- Attend meetings and build relationships with internal Greystone team members and external 3rd party vendors.
- Input a property’s specific financial information into database systems and Excel workbooks.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited college or university is required.
- Fundamental real estate knowledge through prior internships and coursework.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must have good analytical skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and a respect for deadlines.
- Driven, innovative team player who is focused on results and strives to deliver a superior work product.
- Proven track record of success in prior academic or work experience.
- Unquestioned personal and professional integrity.
