Role: Project Owner- Fenergo Expertise
Location: Charlotte, NC
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC/AML processes, and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Experience working with Fenergo
- Hands-on exposure to API-based, event-driven, and ETL integrations
- Familiarity with ODS / data lake / data warehouse concepts and data modeling principles.
- Proven ability to translate complex data flows into actionable backlog items.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Agile delivery experience using Jira/Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Financial Crime Compliance (CDD/EDD/AML/Fraud/etc.) and Data Product Management.
- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) and Regulatory Reporting systems.
- Fenergo functional or technical certification.
Work Arrangement:
- Onsite: Charlotte, NC (4 days/week) – No remote option.
Work Authorization:
- Open to Citizens, Green Card Holders, H4-EAD, and L2 visa holders.
